Packaging & Shipping

To ensure every CNC machine from Yashu reaches our customers in perfect condition, we implement a strict multi-layer packaging and shipping process:

  1. Moisture & Dust Protection

    Each machine is carefully wrapped with industrial-grade waterproof film, creating a tight seal that prevents moisture, dust, and other contaminants from affecting the equipment during transit and storage.

  2. Stability & Safety with Strapping

    After film wrapping, the machine is reinforced with high-strength straps, securely fixing it to prevent shifting or vibration during loading and unloading operations.

  3. Full Wooden Crate Enclosure

    The entire machine is then encased in a custom-built, fumigated wooden crate, providing all-around structural protection. This crate shields the machine from external impacts, stacking pressure, and environmental hazards.

  4. Container Loading & Reinforcement

    Once loaded into the shipping container, every wooden-crated machine is again individually strapped and anchored inside the container. This extra step minimizes movement, vibration, and collision between crates, ensuring stability throughout long-distance sea or land transportation.

  5. End-to-End Protection

    With this layered approach - waterproof film + strapping + wooden crate + container reinforcement - we guarantee the machine’s integrity, safety, and reliability until it reaches your factory floor.
