For customized units-such as machines with custom driven turrets, specific CNC controllers, or customized voltage requirements (e.g., 220V/380V/440V)-the manufacturing, assembly, and rigorous 72-hour dry-run testing cycle takes approximately 25 to 35 days.

Every machine undergoes an export-grade protective packaging routine: all ground surfaces, slideways, and spindles are treated with heavy-duty anti-rust grease, wrapped in multi-layer vacuum barrier foil with industrial desiccant bags, and anchored to a reinforced steel/wood skid. The machine is fully enclosed in a fumigated solid wooden crate designed to withstand long ocean shipping cycles and high-humidity maritime environments.
