To keep pace with rapidly growing global orders, Yashu Intelligent Technology officially launched its new factory construction project in August 2026. Located just one street away from the company’s current headquarters, the new facility covers a total area of 18,577 square meters – roughly the size of three football fields. Main construction is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026, with full production expected to commence in the first quarter of 2027. Once operational, total manufacturing capacity is projected to increase by more than 50%, significantly shortening delivery lead times for customers worldwide and providing more efficient, stable supply chain support to our partners.
Export Growth Driving Capacity Expansion
Over the past three years, Yashu Intelligent Technology has emerged as a rising force in China’s CNC machine tool industry, with particularly impressive export performance. Our CNC lathes and vertical machining centers are exported in large volumes to emerging markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Vietnam, and Turkey, where they help precision manufacturing customers reduce production costs and boost efficiency – earning widespread recognition and trust. Export orders have maintained an average annual growth rate of over 50%, driving consistent overall business growth.
However, this rapid order growth has also created a “sweet burden.” Our existing plant has been operating at near full capacity for an extended period, struggling to simultaneously meet strong domestic demand and fulfill accelerating overseas orders. Delivery lead times have gradually become a key bottleneck limiting further expansion of our global business. Recognizing this challenge early, the management team had already begun planning capacity expansion when launching the company’s globalization strategy in 2024.
Prime Location Adjacent to Headquarter
Thanks to our outstanding operational performance and strong corporate reputation, Yashu Intelligent Technology successfully obtained industrial land approval from the Shunde District government between late 2024 and the first half of 2025. The 18,577 m² site is located just across the street from our current headquarter – a location that offers outstanding logistical advantages. Situated near Ronggui Railway Station in Shunde, and adjacent to Bigui Road and the Guangzhou-Zhuhai West Expressway entrance, the new factory enjoys excellent transportation connectivity. This prime location not only preserves the convenience of our existing site but also facilitates large-scale logistics and distribution for the future.
Construction of the new factory is on track for completion by the end of 2026. This facility will serve as the engine for Yashu’s next phase of growth, propelling our performance to new heights.

1. Zero-Disruption Relocation, Seamless Production Transition
Because the new factory is only a street away from the headquarters, equipment relocation can be carried out in phases without interrupting existing orders. The entire move, including installation and commissioning, is expected to take no more than two weeks. Importantly, our employees will not need to change their commuting routines. Once machinery and materials are in place, production can resume immediately in the new facility – truly enabling “relocation without downtime, production at full capacity from day one.”
2. Modern Working Environment, People-First Design
Our current headquarters, due to its multi-story structure, forces different production stages to be spread across separate floors. Material handling and inter-department communication frequently rely on elevators, causing inefficiencies. The new factory adopts a single-story, large-span design, consolidating all production processes on one level – eliminating the bottlenecks caused by vertical movement. In addition, the facility is equipped with advanced industrial ventilation and cooling systems, ensuring a comfortable working environment even during Guangdong’s hot summers. This reflects our consistent commitment to placing people at the center of everything we do.
3. Optimized Material Flow for Significantly Higher Efficiency
The new site is regular in shape, allowing us to design an optimal workflow following the complete production sequence: raw material inspection → warehousing → material issuing → manufacturing → quality inspection → finished goods storage → shipping. The streamlined material flow shortens travel distances and reduces waiting and handling waste. Overall logistics efficiency is projected to improve by over 30%, leading to substantial gains in production throughput – providing a solid foundation for faster order fulfillment.
4. Converting the Old Factory into an R&D Center to Strengthen Technological Capabilities
After the new factory becomes operational, a large portion of our existing headquarters will be freed up. Under our plans, this space will be transformed into a brand new R&D laboratory, focusing on next generation multi-axis CNC systems and intelligent machining solutions. This upgrade will provide a stronger technological base for expanding our product portfolio and meeting the customized needs of more niche markets around the world.
Construction Progress and Ongoing Updates
Construction began in August 2026 and is now in full swing, with foundation work and structural erection proceeding according to schedule. As planned, the facility will be structurally completed by the end of 2026 and enter trial production in the first quarter of 2027.
